WELCOME TO POLISH CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES

Poland is a country of almost 40,000,000 people. Most of them have grown up learning the traditions of their church. Our purpose is to help them understand the truth about Jesus Christ and His saving grace.

This is done through a partnership with native Polish preachers, assisting them in planting reproducing churches, strengthening existing ones, and leading them to be self-supporting.

What’s New?

1.  Some important dates in 2008:

• 60th Anniversary Celebration of the Pulawska Street Church in Warsaw in April
• Dedication of new church building in Koszalin – June 15, 2008; Wayne Murphy & Paul Bakjo will be present for this event
• Annual National Leaders Conference in Zakosciele – June 23-27; there will be a meeting of younger generation leaders to open the Conference on june 22-23
• Dedication of new chapel in Tomaszow – date not yet set    

2.  One of our goals for 2008 is to work with key leaders in Poland for the development of a strategy for recruiting and training more preachers and church planters.

The purpose of Polish Christian Ministries is to establish New Testament churches in Poland. PCM came into existence to aid and assist Christian churches in Poland. Since 1954 that mission has not wavered.

OUR VISION:
The churches of Poland become financially independent, reproducing churches

OUR PURPOSE:
To aid in the establishing and strengthening of local churches after the pattern of the New Testament, particularly in the country of Poland.

OUR OBJECTIVES:
1. To partner with each New Testament church in Poland and prayerfully encourage each preacher and church worker.
2. To financially support the work of Polish churches by assisting with preacher salaries, buildings, and other needs while encouraging each church to become financially independent.
3. To promote the concept among each church to be a reproducing church
4. Polish Christian Ministries will seek various opportunities, methods, and partnerships for the planting of new churches
