We’re excited that you’re considering serving alongside PCM and our ministry partners! Short-term trips are an opportunity to build relationships, serve local churches and ministries, experience what God is doing in Poland, and become part of the story He is writing through these partnerships.

A $75 Application Fee is required as part of the short-term trip application process. The application fee may be paid online through Online Giving or Zelle, or by check.

Please be sure your application fee is submitted along with your required forms so your application can be fully considered.

After submitting your Short-Term Trip Application, please download and complete the required forms below.

 

The Short-Term Trip Waiver Form is required for all applicants. A Background Check Form is also required when applicable, though it is not required for participants serving exclusively on a building project.

 

Please note that these forms are not optional. In order to be considered for a short-term trip with Polish Christian Ministries, all required forms must be completed and submitted.
